Was ihr heute
verkauft,
ist
eine Version dessen,
was möglich wäre.
What you sell today
is one version
of what’s possible.

I find the next revenue opportunity with you, turn it into a market-ready offer and own the execution.

Wann ihr mich holtWhen you bring me in

  1. Eine neue Geschäftsführung sucht ihren Wachstumskurs.New leadership is looking for its path to growth.

  2. Das Kerngeschäft trägt, wächst aber nicht mehr. The core business pays the bills, but it has stopped growing.

  3. Ein neues Produkt soll in den Markt.A new product needs to get to market.

You’re eyeing a new target group or a new market.

Annual planning is coming up. There are more ideas on the table than budget.

  6. Die Strategie ist beschlossen. Es fehlt jemand, der sie durchsetzt. The strategy has been signed off. What’s missing is someone to push it through.

Mein BlickwinkelMy perspective

Auch Unternehmen haben ihre Gewohnheiten.Companies have their habits, too.

They sell what has always worked. To customers they know. In markets that feel familiar. There’s nothing wrong with that in itself. It becomes a problem when habits replace strategic decisions.

Wachstum ist kein Abteilungssport.Growth is not a departmental sport.

Where tomorrow’s revenue comes from doesn’t sit with any one department. So it lands on the fullest desks in the company. And there the day-to-day usually wins.

Another strategy offsite. Three months later, the same discussion. Yet tomorrow’s business needs someone to move it forward today.

Über michAbout me

Ihr bekommt
Senior-Arbeit ohne Agenturapparat.
You get
senior work without agency overhead.

Und dass es einen Unterschied macht, ob man Ratschläge gibt oder selbst Verantwortung trägt.I have worked on the agency side and on the client side, and I am an entrepreneur myself. Along the way I learned that good ideas are not necessarily the right ones. And that it makes a difference whether you give advice or carry the responsibility yourself.

Today I offer the kind of consulting I always wished I’d had. With an eye for the big picture and without shying away from the real work.

Ich komme, um mit euch etwas zu bewegen.““I’m not here to tell you what you should do. I’m here to get things moving with you.”
